Another incredible job from the team at Auto Mobile Valet. They’re polite, prompt and do such a fantastic job every time they visit. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a first rate quality valet.

Andy and Peter, arrived promptly, worked flat out most of the day, were incredibly good company when we chatted and most importantly - did a fantastic job. My 13 year old Jaguar only looked this good the day I bought it new. Remarkable!! Thanks chaps

Paul arrived on time and got to work straight away expecting another Summer 2026 scorcher. This turned out to be the case and we found Paul to be very polite, approachable, hard working and competent. We'd asked for my wife's 3 year old Mercedes A200 to have their 5 year ceramic coating applied and, when completed with Andy's help, it really 'popped' in the bright sunshine - we had never noticed the reflection of the bright 'A200' badge in the rear bumper before! When new we made the mistake of paying for dealer applied paint protection / enhancement - no idea what this was but it never compared with the superb Auto Mobile Valet result. So far, it hasn't rained as we were looking forward to seeing how well the rain water 'beaded' on the surfaces. When it does, we expect a lot of atmospheric detritus to be brought down so another clean should be interesting now. May update later.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable. We had mould in the interior of our car, because we had left our window open. They made the car spotless, happy with the outcome and would recommend Auto mobile valet to anyone needing a valet

Excellent job, car looks like new! Managed to get out all marks from previous poor quality polishing with a previous detailer. Could not be happier, highly recommended!

Massive thank you to Andy for doing such a fantastic job. Cleaned the car and applied a ceramic coating to protect the paintwork. Arrived promptly and worked solidly to complete the job. Excellent service and the car looks fantastic. Thank you Auto Mobile Valet - top people!

Anna Morten

Andy and Auto Mobile Valet were excellent! They gave us brilliant advice over the phone and Andy clearly explained the process that he was using as he undertook the valet. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in future!

Paul did an incredible job on the car. Worked from 9am til mid afternoon in 36 degree heat and the ceramic coating is faultless. Def recommend and will use AMV again for sure. Thank you!

Caroline Hutchins

Would recommend using this company. It was quick and easy to get a quote and book in the work. The job was then excellent, great to see car looking so clean again after the dog and baby had slightly ruined it!!

What is Ceramic Coating?

A full (five year) Ceramic Coating is a liquid polymer that chemically bonds to the surface of your paint providing a semi-permanent protective barrier on the surface.

This barrier can protect the paint from a variety of environmental hazards, such as bird droppings tree sap, industrial fallout as well as UV rays and oxidation.

One of the main benefits of a ceramic coating is that it creates a hydrophobic surface on the car.

This means that water will bead up and roll off the car’s paintwork taking dirt and debris with it. This keeps the car cleaner for longer and makes cleaning much easier.

Ceramic Coating- a guide

See Our Packages & Prices

Professional grade coatings

More suitable to be applied by a professional. These coatings are carried in a solvent and bond to the paint giving great longevity (around five years).

Ceramic hybrid coatings

Ceramic Waxes have the ceramic element carried in a wax rather than a solvent. These can behave like a ceramic coat but degrade like a wax and are broken down by strong chemicals and UV sunlight.

Ceramic sprays and detailers

These are typically spray on ‘top up’ coatings that last a few months but are very easy to apply as part of the normal wash process.

The key to getting the most from your ceramic coating is preparation. A professional grade grade coating (if applied correctly) will always include a full machine polish to prepare the paintwork. This not only removes all minor defects (yes, even on a brand new car) but ensures the paint is totally clean and the coating can bond effectively to the surface of the paint.
